Registration for 2011-2012

Lesson Times:
• Monday & Wednesday – 6:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
• Friday – 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday – 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Ask about other possible times.

Tuition:
• 30 minute weekly lesson - $80 per month.
• 45 minute weekly lesson - $100 per month
• 60 minute weekly lesson - $130 per month

* Payments will be accepted by EFT (electronic funds transfer) and will be processed on the first of each month from September 2011 through June 2012*
Please provide a VOID cheque with your registration form and complete the required authorization form

NOTE:
All continuing students will pay the same tuition as last year and DO NOT have to complete another EFT form.

The school year runs from September 6, 2011 through June 18, 2012 and includes 36 lessons. Lessons are not scheduled during Christmas holidays, Spring Break (as per School District 61) and on statutory holidays. Lessons falling on statutory holidays outside Christmas and Spring Break will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time. Lessons missed due to illness or absences for which 24 hours notice is given will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Lessons missed without notice cannot be rescheduled nor refunded. Any lessons that I cancel due to unavoidable commitments will be rescheduled (or refunded, if rescheduling is not possible).

Registration fee: $50. If you register by June 30th, the fee will be waived.
Concert Fee: $50. Admission to the December and June concerts is free.
An annual concert fee of $50 will be assessed by EFT in September.
